Graz, 28.04.2022 – The software for electronic signatures MOXIS is now also represented in the SAP® Store. Electronic signatures can be integrated directly from SAP into document workflows in all qualities. Companies working with SAP can immediately use every single function of the signature platform. The integration of MOXIS is deliberately designed to be simple, and the platform is ready for use within one day.

Since 2020, it has also been possible to use electronic signatures with MOXIS in SAP® via a flexible REST API. After a successful Application Readiness Check, MOXIS now also meets the requirements for listing in the SAP Store. From now on, MOXIS can be integrated into existing business processes from there for the solution of signature processes. The only requirement is a MOXIS instance in the Cloud or On Premises.

Numerous customers have the requirement to sign their documents directly from SAP. That’s why XiTrust worked with SAP specialist CloudDNA to develop a standard integration that is easy to integrate. “The goal was to develop a standard product for electronic signatures in SAP that keeps the implementation effort as low as possible,” explains Georg Lindsberger, CEO of XiTrust.

MOXIS can be integrated directly into systems such as SAP S/4Hana and SAP SuccessFactors. Users have access to all MOXIS functions, for example, including the new functions included in the Spring Release of MOXIS: Biometric Signatures and Form Fields, which simplify the design of signature documents.

The MOXIS signature platform has been in use at customers across Europe since 2014. They include BMW, voestalpine, UNICEF, Styria Media Group and many more.
