Outstanding Quality

XiTrust's quality management is now ISO-certified!

XiTrust’s quality management is now ISO-certified! The company has successfully completed the certification process according to the 9001:2015 standard. Essentially, this standard tests and certifies a company’s quality awareness as well as its adherence to processes – all in the service of customer satisfaction.

The standard ensures that the ISO 9001 quality management system is able to fulfil both customer requirements and legal requirements for products and services at all times. The fact that the ISO certification of companies is about verifiable and globally comparable quality standards is already rooted in the origin of the word: ISO is derived from the Greek “isos”. This means “equal” or “standardised”. “An important, logical step,” says DI Andreas Koller. At the same time, the CEO of XiTrust Germany emphasises that compliance with the ISO 9001 standard is not a fundamentally new direction. ” Being officially awarded the ISO 9001 standard primarily documents what has always characterised the company since it was founded, namely uncompromising customer focus.” At the same time, the certification should be seen as a special mission. “We consider the certification as a high-quality confirmation of our self-image as XiTrust to work on improving customer satisfaction on a daily basis,” emphasises Koller.

Binding rules

The Graz-based specialist for business solutions centred on electronic signatures is not breaking new ground with its ISO 9001:2015 certification: since 2011, the XiTrust data centre has complied with ISO standard 27001 to ensure the highest security requirements for information security management systems and standard 27018 for data protection in the cloud. Among other things, this standard stipulates the implementation of compulsory rules for the transfer, use and return of personal data – for example at the end of a contract. The standard also regulates the exclusive use of personal data in accordance with customer specifications. Andreas Koller: “Customer satisfaction is made up of many mosaic pieces. For XiTrust, each individual piece is as important as the overall picture!” Would you like to do the same as our satisfied customers such as KTM, Adecco or BMW? Contact us for a free consultation!
