Graz, 04.03.2021 – With the MOXIS Xperts User Board, XiTrust strengthens its customers’ opportunities to participate in shaping MOXIS. The independent customer committee actively influences the further development of the product.

Many users of electronic signature solutions want to have a say in product development. Because each solution must be individually adapted to internal processes and customer needs. For XiTrust, this exchange of knowledge has always been a product philosophy. A wide range of customer experiences and suggestions have been incorporated into the standard product for years. Quite a few of the functionalities that are integrated as standard in MOXIS today are the result of an intensive exchange with XiTrust customers.

With the Xperts User Board, XiTrust is now consistently pursuing this path. The goal is to establish an independent forum that thrives on regular input from its stakeholders, some of whom have very different views of and demands on electronic signatures. “In addition to the exchange of knowledge between XiTrust and the experts on the User Board, the exchange within the board will play a central role,” says Georg Lindsberger, CEO XiTrust. “Product development must not be a one-way street.”

The Xperts User Board will initially meet twice a year. The goal is to bundle expertise and experience of the participants around MOXIS. Based on the User Board’s suggestions for improvement, new features will be launched to strengthen MOXIS product quality now and in the future.

Among the companies contributing through the board are the automotive group BMW, Austria’s air traffic control company Austro Control, Lenzing AG, Wiener Netze, Raiffeisen-Landesbank Steiermark and the personnel service provider Adecco. Markus Pleil (Austro Control) will chair the board. Lindsberger: “We will be taking off in March 2021 and we are very happy that we were able to win Markus Pleil, a proven expert in electronic signatures, for this position!”
