The XiTrust Service Portal
We have developed an innovative service portal, making it even easier for you to reach our support team. You also have the option of managing your tickets yourself – and we can respond to your concerns more quickly.
Instructions for creating tickets:
1. Click on the following link: XiTrust Service Portal
2. Enter your e-mail address to log in. If you do not yet have an active Jira account, please click on “Register” and confirm your registration by clicking on the “Send link” button.
3. Once you have successfully confirmed your e-mail address, you can complete the registration by entering your details.
4. You can now create your ticket for the following topics: Technical support, Other queries, suggestions for improvement are also possible.
