By becoming a member of the IGZ, XiTrust is responding to the significant digitalisation trend in an industry that benefits from the advantages of electronic signatures in all contractual matters. All labour law documents can be signed digitally by all parties regardless of location. The strengths of electronic signatures have become even more apparent due to the need for social distancing in times of Coronavirus.
Years of experience in the industry
“In these challenging times, it is all the more important to act flexibly on the labour market,” says Andreas Koller, CEO of XiTrust Germany. He uses short-time working as a current example. Getting employees to sign contracts quickly is a key prerequisite for the success of this concept – especially during the application phase. Koller: “By avoiding the time-consuming postal procedure, the electronic signature saves valuable time for companies and employees.”
The fact that XiTrust is now a member of the IGZ is also the result of the company’s many years of experience in the recruitment services sector. XiTrust’s customers include industry giants such as Adecco and GULP. ” Being a member of the IGZ is a logical step for us,” says Andreas Koller. “We are actively contributing our wealth of experience to the IGZ.”
The IGZ is Germany’s largest employers’ association in the temporary employment sector. The association represents the interests of more than 3,500 companies, most of which are medium-sized and based in the region.
